What do you fear most?

Fear is a state of mind that can be changed quickly. Fear is wrong thinking.

In order for you to change something, you have to know first, what are your fears.

I invite you to answer the following questions:

  • What are you afraid of?
  • What are the hidden words, the voice in your head?
  • When do these thoughts come up?
  • Why do you feel they keep coming back?
  • What actions are you taking to change them?

Be clear on the message and then, make the committed decision to change it.

One day, the fear will disappear, completely.

Do the following sentences resonate with you?

Napoleon Hill said, the development of Self-confidence starts with the elimination of this “fear“, which sits up on a man’s shoulders and whispers into his ear:

“YOU CANNOT DO IT

YOU ARE AFRAID TO TRY

YOU ARE AFRAID OF PUBLIC OPINION

YOU ARE AFRAID THAT YOU WILL FAIL

YOU ARE AFRAID THAT YOU HAVE NOT THE ABILITY”

You can do anything you set your mind and heart to.

If you try and keep on trying, despite the temporary failures, you will succeed.

What people think of you does not reflect you, it’s simply a reflection of how they see themselves.

Failing at something doesn’t make you a failure, you fail at something when you quit, and quitting is also making a committed decision to stop pursuing your dreams.
You have the qualities, abilities, and resources because you have the drive, the will and determination to make your dreams come true.

Think about those questions again and commit to change your thinking for a more positive and productive one.

I am here to help you should you want to talk about it.
